Purchasing of NorFonts Product:
Ordering online is the quickest and easiest way to purchase our fonts, sounds, and presets. Payment is made by Credit Cards or PayPal. Purchased products can be downloaded immediately after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

🏷 For digital downloads you must provide a VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS where the link to download your product(s) will be sent to;
🏷 You will also be automatically notified of future updates to your purchased product(s), if applicable;

Downloading of purchased NorFonts Product:
If you have paid your order online, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your fonts immediately. The files are compressed in .zip format. Your purchased fonts are stored in your ‘Downloads’ under your account so you can return to download them at any time.

Invoicing:
Your orders are stored in your ‘Orders’ under your account so that you can print them at any time.

Security:
After logging on, all communication between your computer and our server is done within the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Discount codes (Coupons):
Certain discounts and special offers utilize so-called promo codes (coupons). If you receive such a code, you may enter it in the corresponding field of your shopping basket before confirming the order. The final price will be adjusted automatically.

Re-selling of NorFonts Product:
Our products cannot be purchased for the purpose of resale; the license is non-transferable and legally binding between NorFonts.ma and the end-user. Please read carefully our EULA.

Modifications of NorFonts Product
If you need to make modifications to our products, contact us with your request – we will propose a cost and time solution.

Returns of NorFonts Product
Once a product has been downloaded from our website, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you encounter an unexpected problem with your purchased product, please contact us.
