License Agreement

The End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal document between NorFonts.ma and the end-user that outlines the terms and conditions for using NorFonts fonts. By purchasing and using NorFonts fonts, you are not purchasing the fonts themselves, but rather a license for their use. The EULA specifies the permitted and prohibited uses of the fonts.

Extended Licenses

NorFonts offers extended license coverage beyond the basic Print license. You can select a discounted Print + Web bundle or a Web license if you only require web fonts. The eBooks license is designed for electronic book publication, and the Mobile license allows you to install fonts for your mobile applications.

License Holder

Anyone who requires the use of NorFonts fonts and intends to install them must be a license holder. If you are a graphic designer working on a solution for a client, the license should be made out in your name. If the client himself needs to use the fonts in a graphic solution conceived by you, he must purchase his own license in his name.

License Count and Multi-License

Like any other software, fonts are licensed for a specific number of computers. The basic license permits installation on up to five computers in a single geographic location. If you require installation on more hard drives, select the appropriate number of computers in the shopping basket. The number of licenses can be increased even after purchasing a font. Please contact us for further information.

Font Use Time Limits

There are no time limits for the use of NorFonts fonts. Purchased fonts can be used indefinitely if your editing software permits it.

Font Embedding in PDF Files

NorFonts can be embedded into electronic documents such as PDFs to display and print the glyphs contained within the document in a manner that prevents the entire font from being extracted.

Font Use in Applications and Devices

Font embedding into applications is feasible only in converted formats (bitmap or vector objects) or secure formats to prevent font extraction from the application’s source code. For software or hardware usage, a specific license must be acquired; please contact us via email for details.

Font Usage in Logo Creation

As a designer, the most straightforward method to transfer the logotype to your client is in vector outlines. This ensures that the logotype retains its intended characteristics, eliminating the need for a client license.

Return Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our products as numerical items.
